FREE South-Asian Food Distribution

South-Asian Women's Alliance of Nevada (SWAN) is excited to host it's 1st FREE South-Asian Food Distribution event to provide culturally palatable food items to low-income South-Asian families in Southern Nevada. It is rare, if not impossible to find specific South-Asian groceries in regular food pantries but all families deserve to have access to food items that they are familiar with and meet their dietary needs.
 
Pre-registration is required for this event. Must do so by March 15th, 2023.

We are able to serve up to 75 families during this event but food boxes are available on a first-come first-served basis. A typical food box may contain the following items (subject to availability): Rice, dal (lentils), aata (whole wheat flour), dates, nuts, commonly found South-Asian spices, fruits and veggies.
